2019 was a year for change at UGL. Because of that, it was a year of change for our customers. The luxury branding of ZAR® Premium Finishes, the updates to the DRYLOK® Masonry Waterproofer packaging, and the evaluation of the entire product portfolio are designed to inspire and even motivate action for all of us. It is difficult when a business has been in existence for over 85 years to make a change. Sometimes we all fall into the “Wait till next year” syndrome. However, evaluation of our business – your business, we found a few things could be made better for our customers, as a result, their customers.
