Refunds & Exchanges Policies

Note: These policies only apply to online purchases made directly on www​.ZAR​.com or www​.DRY​LOK​.com.

United Gilsonite Laboratories ships all orders within 2 – 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) of receiving it. Actual transit times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Please note that during peak seasons your order may take longer than usual. We currently do not offer an expedited shipping option. 

United Gilsonite Laboratories guarantees that all shipments will arrive in usable condition. 

Refunds (if applicable) or Exchange
Defective Goods or Miss Ships only are eligible for refunds or replacements. Our return policy lasts 30 days from receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on product purchased through www​.zar​.com or www​.dry​lok​.com other than defective goods or miss ships.

We make this easy, photo proof is required for either refunds or exchanges. Please send an email to customercare@​ugl.​com letting us know you are seeking a refund or exchange. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 – 3 business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

If you still have not received it, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
